Spring, Fall, Winter are 3 night minimum and 14 night maximum.

We do NOT rent monthly and will not consider monthly rentals, we are sorry for this but wish to visit our unit often and monthly rentals prevent the late fall/winter maintenance that is done to the unit.    Unit is painted and upgraded during with this time each year.   We use the winter months for maintenance and weekend rentals keep it booked.

 

 

Unit maintained and visited by owner frequently.   Owner owned since 2000.    Remodeled in 2005 and several more items replaced each year.  UPDATE - remodeled in November and December 2009 with all NEW appliances, flat screen TV, LR loveseat, LR recliner, ceiling fans, and lights.   Rented by owner since 2006.   New washer/dryer in 2008.   

Unit receives deep cleaning in the fall and spring.

Unit receives owner refurnishing, repainting, replacements in fall or winter each year.    We have switched to a new cleaning company in 2010 locally owned and operated hands on by the owner and family.   All units are inspected by a member of the owners' family after cleaning.

Gatlingburg, Tennessee Rental -
We have a timeshare one week in Gatlinburg, TN at MountainLoft early August each year that is available.   With working for a school system, it is very hard to get away.  We have owned the timeshare week for over 10 years and try to rent it for the cost of tax/dues which is approximately $350.  Please email if you are interested.     The rental week cost is $350+-.  Purchase price for the deeded fixed week (no points) is $9,800.   They are selling for around $15K.    Points may be purchased from Bluegreen.     Beautiful *Mountain Loft Resort*, a Bluegreen Vacation Club property, was built in the woods not far from Great Smoky Mountains, home to the country's most-visited National Park.
