Rates for Summer are $130 a night plus 11% tax, cleaning, parking, and security.
Rent 6 nights you get the 7th night free.
First time renters have a $50-100 security deposit but that is refunded when keys are returned. Return renters do not have a security deposit. Phone charges are billed, long distance is blocked and the release code is available upon request. Internet is free with the owner code and password given with your rental package.
Rates for Spring, Fall, and Winter are $70 a night plus 11% tax, cleaning, parking, and security.
The only change in rates since we first started renting by owner in 2006 is the Winter increase of $5 a night to only have TWO rates: Summer and then Spring/Fall/Winter. This unit with a rental management company rents for $250-270 a night plus reservation charges and they double the parking pass fees.
